Czech Republic v England

England top the group after this win. They were pretty threatening from the get go from Grealish and Saka and Sterling scored with a header after a brilliant ball in by Grealish. After that chances came to the Czechs as well. Pickford made a brilliant save from long range. England did have a few more chances and Henderson actually scored but the touch from Bellingham meant he was offside so it was disallowed. Czech Republic are now one of the best 3rd placed teams along with Switzerland.

Croatia v Scotland

Croatia somehow scraped through. They did score 2 great goals to show their quality. First a long ball in was headed by Perisic towards Vlasic who took it well. Scotland had a few chances but they were unlucky from Adams and so on. Finally Mcgregor equalised for them right before halftime with a great finish. The next goal however was absolute quality from Modric. The ball was teed up for him and he managed to score with the outside of his boot. Perisic made sure of the result from the corner when he scored off his head. Great result and that means they’re second in the group.
