Italy v Turkey

This was inevitable. Italy just dominated. Unfortunate that the first goal was an own goal(2014 vibes anyone?). Italy could’ve had around 4 or maybe 5. The remaining 2 were easy. Immobile scoring in the rebound and Insigne curling an absolute beauty.

Wales v Switzerland

Pretty good watch actually. The Welsh striker was alone mostly since Switzerland were dominating in attack. The first goal was deserved but they could’ve perhaps scored a few other chances. The striker scored despite the bandage. The Swiss did score a winner but after a VAR check it was ruled out for offside.

Denmark v Finland

Sadly, this game was overshadowed due to Christian Eriksen collapsing on the pitch in the event of a throw in. He suffered a heart attack but is stable now. The match was resumed at 42 minutes. A combination of great saves from Hradecky and a goal from Pohjanpalo meant Finland recorded a historic win. Kudos to the Danes for carrying on despite the emotions they were clearly going through(I know Eriksen told them to play on but still) and also you CANNOT take away the fact that Hradecky had a madness of a game.
